With more than 14 000 employees, the International Federation (IB) is one of the major service providers in youth, social and educational work in Germany. His guiding principle is 'reinforce human being'. Long-term and transitional aid Allach is a stationary facility in which 76 formerly homeless residents live self-determined in individual apartments. Our team, consisting of social workers, nursing staff, occupational therapists, psychologists and domestic workers, supports the inhabitants in all areas of life in a low-threshold and appropriate manner. We strengthen the self-responsibility and autonomy of our inhabitants and thereby enable them to participate in social life.

Long-term and transitional assistance Allach Psychological accompaniment of homeless men Support in everyday management Crisis intervention Care of neurological visits professional support of the multi-professional team Day documentation Develop and offer individual support services for residents (further) development and implementation of group-specific offers such as ''Controlled Drinking'' solution-oriented work You work flexibly in day service with sliding time (core time 9-15) and usually provide 2-3 late services (up to 22:00 with night willingness) including a weekend service every 6 to 8 weeks with leisure compensation and co-design of the desired service plan
