You make sure that our guests are supplied with first-class dishes at a later hour and the kitchen remains in the best condition 24/7. You make sure that stocks are regularly checked and refilled to continue operation without interruptions.

Ideally, you have a completed training as a cook or cooker and experience in a professional kitchen. You are able to work independently and responsibly even in the late hours. You are a team player, even if you often work alone or with few colleagues in the night shifts. You are very organized, have good time management and keeps track of high work. You place great value on hygiene, quality and safety in the kitchen. You are flexible, reliable and ready to work at night as well as weekends and holidays. You are able to respond to the needs of the guests and make sure that all dishes are prepared with the utmost care and love.
