Administration, development and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure Planning, control and implementation of IT and digitalization projects Support and further development of Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune) Administration and Optimization of Server, Virtualization and Storage Infrastructure (VMware vSphere/vCenter) Management and development of the network and IT security infrastructure Analysis, optimization and digitization of business and IT processes Management of external IT service providers as well as cooperation on cross-site IT initiatives within the group

Successfully completed training or studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as a system administrator, IT infrastructure specialist or in a comparable position Experience in independent planning and implementation of IT projects Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Intune Found experience in virtualization with VMware vSphere/vCenter Good knowledge of network, IT security and firewall technologies Ideal experience with Palo Alto Networks and/or Extreme Networks Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Own initiative, sense of responsibility and joy in driving change Communication strength and service-oriented thinking Good knowledge of German in word and writing
