You advise and represent the works council bodies of the BMW Group in labour and social matters. In addition, ensure the application and interpretation of legal frameworks and operating agreements. Take into account and implement social policy trends and developments in works council work. You are regularly exchanged with associations, trade unions and other external partners and represent the interests of the General Works Council in professional dialogues. In addition, you will advise the General Works Council and the Works Council bodies on legal issues and will actively participate in the design and development of new business agreements. In close coordination with all (total) members of the Works Council, you contribute to a constructive, trusting and professional cooperation.

What are you doing? Complete university studies in law with two predicatesexamina, ideally focusing on labour and social law. Multiannual, well-founded experience in the legal advice and support of works council bodies Convincing, safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. High enforcement strength, analytical thinking and a structured way of working, combined with an authentic interest in the BMW Group and its products. German and English skills, further language skills of advantage.
