Together with the team, you develop tailor-made recruiting strategies to achieve targeted and long term professionals. With creative, appealing job advertisements, you position the company attractively on the applicant market. Through targeted Active Sourcing and Direct Address, you win qualified talents and build long-term relationships. You conduct professional interviews and accompany candidates through the entire application process. Applicant management is your responsibility for efficient coordination and excellent Candidate Experience. With the help of modern recruiting tools and digital solutions, you continuously optimize your processes.

You have a commercial training or a comparable degree. Experience in recruiting, especially in the context of large-scale customer projects, is ideally brought along. Safe handling of modern recruiting tools and social media platforms is one of your strengths. You work structured and systematic, keep an overview even in challenging situations. Your strong communication strength helps you convince candidates and customers alike. You are characterized by your professional appearance, your social competence and your liability. A solution-oriented way of thinking and creativity in the candidate's speech make you successful.
