The Media Technology & Data Strategy Lead (all genders) is responsible for defining and evolving Beiersdorf's media technology, audience and data capabilities. The role owns the strategic roadmap for media technology, connected identity, audience intelligence and data enablement guarantee global teams are equipped with the tools, processes and capabilities required for modern marketing. A key responsibility is driving the adoption, governance and evolution of GrowthOS as Beiersdorf's core media technology platform, ensuring consistent use across markets, improving utilisation of existing capabilities and helping shape future technology requirements to support media planning and decision-making in an increasingly AI-driven environment. This role focuses on media technology, audience, identity and data capability development. It is not responsible for the planning, buying, activating or optimisation of media campaigns. Your tasks Own the strategic roadmap for media technology, audience and data capabilities across Beiersdorf.
Act as the business owner and advocate for GrowthOS, driving adoption, governance and best practice across global teams.
Develop frameworks and operating models that improve how media technology, audience and data capabilities are used across markets.
Identify capability gaps and define future technology requirements to support audience intelligence, data activation, media planning and decision-making
Partner with Publicis product, technology and teams to influence the evolution of GrowthOS and related solutions.
Define approaches to audience strategy, connected identity, first-party data and addressability.
Lead stakeholder workshops, capability assessments and transformation initiatives.
6-8 years' experience in media technology, data strategy, audience strategy, MarTech, digital transformation or consulting environments.
Experience supporting enterprise media technology platforms, products or operating models, rather than hands-on media planning, buying or campaign activation roles.
Experience driving adoption, governance and change management across multiple markets and stakeholder groups.
Strong understanding of audience strategy, customer identity, first-party data, addressability and media technology ecosystems.
Experience translating business requirements into technology roadmaps, operating models and capability plans.
Strong programme management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Commercial mindset with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
Required Technology Experience Marketing Technology & Operating Systems - marketing operating systems, platforms, workflow tools, product governance and enterprise technology ecosystems.
Audience & Identity Platforms - Epsilon, LiveRamp, Experian, Merkle and connected identity solutions.
Customer Data & Data Collaboration - CDPs, Clean Rooms, Audience Intelligence Platforms and Data Collaboration Environments.
Measurement & Decision Intelligence - GA4, Adobe Analytics, MMM, Attribution, Incrementality Testing and Marketing Effectiveness Solutions.
