HR generalist with a focus on payroll accounting – initially for a limited period of two years (m/f/d)

You take over the full-scale independent creation of the payroll and salary billing by SAP for a defined billing circuit. You are direct contact persons for social security institutions, authorities and health insurance companies and act as an interface to accounting. By collecting and maintaining master and movement data, You provide an accurate data base. You advise the staff management, HR employees, executives and employees of PBeaKK on issues of pay billing. You take over special evaluations and data messages for the creation of the personnel provisions. You solve tasks relating to wage tax and social security issues and implement tariff and legal regulations into the accounting system. You will demonstrate your professional competence and commitment through your participation in wage tax and pension insurance audits as well as audit and supervisory audits.

You ideally have a completed bachelor's degree in the field of business administration or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the advertised job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You ideally have knowledge and practical experience in the area of pay billing with SAP. You have good knowledge of pay tax, social and collective labour law and are able to judge complex issues legally. You are characterized by their independent functioning, a high quality awareness and a proactive attitude. Your communication strength and consulting skills allow you to work safely with different interfaces. A high team capacity and problem solving capability complete your profile.
