The Deputy Head of Personnel supports the overall management of the medical-technical service of radiology in the human control and further development of the area. It takes responsibility for the operational personnel organisation, accompanies personnel development measures and represents the overall management in personal questions. She works at the Institute Management. Support for strategic and operational personnel planning Participation in the creation and optimization of service, shift and holiday plans Ensuring appropriate personnel use taking into account qualifications and legal requirements Coordination of short-term staff adjustments in outages Takeover of the tasks of the overall management in the field of personnel in their absence

Completed vocational training as MTRA Multiannual professional experience in diagnostic and interventional radiology First leadership experience would be desirable Safe handling of digital personnel and service planning systems Knowledge of radiation protection law, quality management and relevant legal bases
