Contract processing: You support our team in the administrative handling of contracts in the field of battery withdrawal. Order assessment: You check incoming customer requests, evaluate them according to defined specifications and prepare them for further processing. Order entry: You carefully collect and care orders in our systems and ensure high data quality. Customer service: You support written and telephone communication with customers as well as internal and external contacts. Order management: You accompany the processing process from request to successful processing and keep an overview of ongoing processes. Documentation: You provide relevant data and documents for a structured storage. Interface work: You work closely with the areas of sales, logistics and our service providers. Process support: You support the optimization of existing processes and introduce your own ideas to improve our processes.

Studies: You are currently studying, ideally in the field of business management, logistics, supply chain management, economic engineering or a comparable field of expertise. Structure & Care: You work reliably, organized and detailed – especially when processing orders and contract data. Communication strength: You enjoy working with different contact persons and convince by a service-oriented operation. Digital affinity: You are sure to go with MS Office, especially Excel, and work quickly into new systems. Own initiative: You like to take responsibility, work independently and actively contribute to the team. Language skills: You have very good German knowledge (min. C1) and secure English knowledge (min. B2).
