Design and implementation of employee development strategies that support the company's growth strategy. Guide the recruiting process with modern tools such as LinkedIn and Active Sourcing. Close cooperation with executives to define competence requirements and corporate dynamics. Creation and management of employment contracts, safeguarding compliance with labour legislation. Further development of corporate culture through targeted programs and initiatives. Analysis and optimization of existing HR processes and guidelines for increasing efficiency. Advising and supporting management in strategic HR decisions. Responsibility for ensuring an inclusive and fair workplace.

You are a strategically thinking and solution-oriented leader who wants to shape the success of a company. With its empathic and communicative way, you promote the development of talents and strengthen the team of our client sustainably. Their commitment is reflected in the construction of a positive and motivating working environment. You ideally have a master's degree in HR Management, alternatively a university degree in humanities, economics or legal sciences or relevant professional experience Their career spans several years (leading) experience in HR, with well-founded knowledge in recruiting tools and labour law. Very good language skills in English and German are essential for your intercultural communication.
