Rental contract management (optional drawings, termination monitoring, index adjustments etc.) Checking and monitoring of lease agreements in coordination with the regional immo business partner (small repair clauses, modernization measures etc.) Negotiation and conclusion of lease extensions and new lease contracts Assessment and evaluation of potential rental areas in coordination with the regional real estate business partner and the location Examination of operating expenses Regular updating, administration and further development of the CAFM tool Infrastructure and commercial building management Selection and control infrastructure service providers, including cleaning/winter service etc. Contact person for internal and external clients and contractors in commercial, infrastructural questions Auditing, clearance Definition and maintenance of relevant KPIs in real estate management

ideally a degree in the real estate sector or a successfully completed training to the real estate businessman (m/w/d) multi-year professional experience in real estate management very good knowledge of relevant laws and standards Microsoft Office, SAP and possibly AutoCad a high level of quality, time and cost awareness a self-organized working method, communication strength and joy in working in the team Takeover of occasional missions
