The place is short and close: You are a passion developer and want to advance digital products and services? As a Lead Frontend developer of eprimo.de, you actively shape the digital platform and contribute to its continuous development. You are the leading head of the frontend development team and work closely with the specialist departments and the backend lead developer to implement new products and services on eprimo.de. In doing so, you are introducing your own ideas and setting up impulses that the team advances technically.

Frontend development and optimization: You develop and optimize the user interface of eprimo.de with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React to ensure an intuitive and smooth user experience. Architecture and technical direction: You unravel and monitor the front-end architecture, especially in the context of Single Page Applications and Headless CMS systems. You set standards for code quality and best practices in the team. As a lead, you meet directional decisions, a transparent communication for yourself. Technological advancement: You evaluitate new technologies and trends in the front end sector and integrate them into our applications, with particular focus on react, and knowledge in Angular and Vue.js as complementary technologies. Code reviews and quality control: You carry out code reviews, set high quality standards and ensure compliance with best practices throughout the front-end team. Close cooperation with design and backend: You work closely with the design team to create attractive and user-friendly interfaces, and coordinate with the backend team to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance.

Found experience in front-end development with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as deep knowledge in React. Experience with other modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and Vue.js Architecture understanding for single page applications and modern web technologies. Quality awareness and an eye for clean, predictable code as well as best practices in frontend development. Very good German (C1) – and English (B2) in word and writing Communication strength and the ability to coordinate well in the team and set clear impulses. Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban is beneficial. Innovation spirit to tackle technical challenges quickly and pragmatically.
