Support Engineer - ITIL / Data Center / ServiceNow (m/f/d)

As the first point of contact, you will take the technical support for our customers: in the field of IT infrastructure and Data Center (Storage, Compute, Backup). You analyze and solve technical disturbances autonomously and document your steps comprehensible in our ServiceNow ticket system. In close cooperation with your team and manufacturers, you will find the right solution for complex technical challenges. You communicate proactively with the customers: keep them up to date via the processing stand and thus ensure a high quality of service. Occasionally, you also support directly on site in the data center, for example when exchanging hardware components.

You have completed an education or study in the IT field. You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in IT support for external customers: in the Data Center environment (Storage, Compute, Back-up). As a dedicated team player, you trade independently, communicate clearly and focus on the service for our customers. You speak German and good English very well. Ideally, you already bring knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow.
