In your role, you conduct a three-headed HR Analytics team in a disciplined manner, set clear priorities and tax projects as well as professional topics while your team is responsible for operational implementation. In addition, you develop and optimize workforce analytics dashboards, HR-KPIs and reports, creating a measurable added value for the entire organization. In addition, you create, analyze and interpret personal statistics as well as ad-hoc evaluations in a target group-oriented manner and derive insights from them. At the same time, you provide decision-relevant data in a structured, reliable and timely manner for internal and external stakeholders and act as a central contact person for CHRO, in particular for budget-relevant issues. Completed studies (e.g. (economic)psychology, BWL with focus on personnel, controlling/finance) or comparable qualification Found experience in HR Reporting & HR Analytics; safe handling of complex data structures, data quality and budget responsibility Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (in particular Employee Central) as well as good understanding of HR end-to-end processes Insufficient project management experience, ideally in the environment of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors or HR digitalization projects Safe handling of modern reporting and visualization tools as well as workforce analytics methods; strong understanding of KPIs, dashboard design and budget processes Experience in the development, development and leadership of teams; strong stakeholder management and communication skills; reliable English skills
