We are looking for you as a reinforcement for our team, which consists of five employees and is responsible for coordinating cross-themes of risk controlling around the risk-bearing capacity, such as the creation of the overall risk report refund to the Management Board and the Management Board or the creation of the risk strategy. In addition, capital planning and monitoring, assessment and communication of operational risks are one of the main tasks of the team. In future, the supervision of the Joint Supervisory Team and the coordination of ECB requests will be added as part of the ECB supervision.

Your tasks – we will inspire you You will participate in the regular development of our risk-bearing model and stress testing. You coordinate the creation of central documents of risk carrying capacity, such as risk strategy, risk report or risk inventory. You build deeper knowledge in the field of operational risks and support the development of the risk measurement model. As a contact person for the house, you independently process the damages and risk scenarios. When implementing MaRisk-Novellen, you take the coordination and communication to the Executive Board. You will keep a close eye on the relevant banking supervisory developments at national and European level and will therefore be able to address the need for action for the savings bank.
