Senior Planner - Major Projects in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Construction (m/f/d)

Would you like to get directly into challenging infrastructure projects and take responsibility in a dynamic consulting company? In your role as Senior Scheduler (m/w/d), you can expect the following tasks: Total responsibility for creating, updating and managing complex schedules for large-scale projects Control, evaluation and coordination of scheduling with internal and external project participants at management and project level Qualitative examination of schedules regarding structure, contract dates, dependencies and plausibility Analysis, optimization and further development of construction processes as well as the planning of construction times and processes Creation of meaningful reports incl. Construction progress, deviation and scenario analyses for client and project management Development, maintenance and control of resource and medium outflow planning Developing customized, project-specific solutions in close coordination with our customers Proactive communication of project dates, risks and action recommendations to all relevant stakeholders Professional and disciplinary guidance of a small scheduling or Project teams

You will bring well-founded experience in the scheduling/work preparation of large-scale construction projects and want to bring your expertise and leadership skills into challenging projects. Ideally, you meet the following conditions: Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, project management or a comparable discipline At least 5 years of professional experience in the scheduling and planning of major projects in the field of civil and/or infrastructure engineering Very good user knowledge of at least two common scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Tilos or Asta Powerproject) Safe handling of current MS Office applications Structured, solution- and result-oriented operation as well as pronounced communication and team skills First experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of employees or project teams Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) Willingness to occasional Germany-wide missions
