Social Worker or Social Educator for Providing Support to Homeless Individuals (m/f/d)

You advise and provide intensive care for people threatened or affected by homelessness. You help with housing maintenance/search and are committed to avoiding homelessness. To do this, you work with various offices, caritative facilities, landlords, courtesy officers, housing companies or legal representations. You take the assignment of homeless persons into the corresponding accommodation. You check out emergency shelters in the field and supervise homeless and proven persons. You are responsible for the housekeeping of a homeless accommodation.

Your completed studies of social work, social education or a comparable qualification. Your well-founded expertise in the Hessian Law on Public Security and Order (HSOG). Your high level of self-sufficiency, your self-responsibility and your enforcing ability as well as your ability to conflict. your mental resilience, your kind and factual appearance. Your empathy towards homeless people and your pronounced communicative skills. Your secure PC knowledge in MS Office as well as your willingness to continue training and further development.
