The Quality Management Department is responsible for the central quality management for studies and teaching, taking into account the perspectives of all stakeholders.

The Karlsruhe quality management system KIT-PLUS is based on a quality control system in which the individual courses of KIT are analyzed and developed systematically and continuously by means of various modules. KIT is system-accredited, and the accreditation of the degree programmes is carried out in the context of the KIT-PLUS procedure. In addition to various other aspects, the latter also examines compliance with the formal requirements for study courses defined by the Minister of Culture and the Study Accreditation Regulation. You are responsible for the implementation and further development of internal accreditation procedures in this variety of tasks: Organization: Responsibility for all relevant processes in connection with the KIT PLUS procedure under consideration, among others, the legal framework. Reporting: preparation and analysis of indicators and key figures for reports, assessment of accreditation documents and documentation of accreditation procedures. Future perspective: Evaluation and further development of the KIT PLUS process.

Training: You have at least a completed, scientific university degree (Bachelor), preferably with a management or process-oriented focus, e.g., education management, university management. Experiences: They have already gained practical experience in university administration, experience in high school quality management (accreditation procedures, in particular. System accreditation) and university and accreditation law are advantageous. Design: They enjoy the design of processes, have already gained initial experience in project management and recognise the importance of documentation in the context of processes. Networking: Collaboration with various speakers in different positions and institutions is easy for you and you can take different perspectives. Personality: You are communication- and process-intensive, work self-sufficient and absolutely reliable, always appear friendly and professional. Knowledge: You have very good knowledge of the German and English language in word and writing, have deepened knowledge in MS Office and experience with statistical evaluation programs (SPSS).
