We, the TechAcademy, develop and implement tailor-made and future-oriented training measures in top technological topics for shaping the transformation at Mercedes-Benz. We follow a holistic approach: from the need assessment to the actual educational landscape to the future perspective. As part of the Skill Management, we work together with the specialist areas to develop tailor-made people measures in order to be able to design training concepts for skills required in the future. Your field of activity includes: Development and design of e-learnings for future-relevant topics

Working at TechAcademy Filmstudio (turning and cutting of training videos)

Construction and further development of the internal Skills Platform

Participation in the design of workshop documents and management presentations

Research on current trends and new working and workshop methods

Working with the editor of the social intranet appearance

The activity may begin from October 2026; the start date of the internship can be flexible if necessary.

Course: Business Administration, Media Sciences, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education or a comparable degree course

Knowledge of German and English in Word and Writing

IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word & KI

Personal competencies: Analytical understanding, communication skills, team skills and creativity
