For the Kassel region, we are looking for a location coordinator (m/w/d), who takes operational responsibility and actively contributes to the further expansion of the regional service and modernization business.

Responsibility for the regional service, repair and modernization business in the Kassel area Coordination and professional guidance of a small team of service technicians Advising house administrations, industrial companies and technical contact persons for repair and modernization solutions Analysis of existing facilities, identification of modernisation potentials and creation and follow-up of appropriate offers Active participation and further development of regional presence with a view to growth and sustainable success

Multiannual experience in the elevator industry, ideally in the technical service environment Technical understanding of elevator systems and safe handling of customers and operators of technical building infrastructure Willingness to take responsibility for a small team Self-contained, structured operation with high solution orientation Readiness to travel within the region for customer appointments as well as for regular votes at Frankfurt
