The Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen (LBIH) is the central construction and real estate service provider of the Hessian state administration. We offer an unlimited position at the next time: Architect (m/w/d) In this responsible position, you are working as an engineer for building information technology as well as for BIM CAD application management and planning services and feasibility studies in our Competence Center Planning / CAD. The site is the Rhein-Main branch, based in Frankfurt am Main.

Support of architects in the planning process through innovative, parametric 3D modelling BIM Management and Coordination Implementation of feasibility studies and planning services LPH (0) 1-4 HOAI Strategic development of the CAFM-compliant CAD-BIM software landscape as well as development and integration of the LBIH alphanumeric and graphically mapped operating data model Advice and support of BIM-CAD software applications (2nd level support) for all LBIH branches Coordination of BIM applications in planning, construction, and operating phase Development of concepts, standards, training and guidance Representation of the department in appropriate working groups, e.g. CAFM project and country exchange

Completed degree (FH Diploma/Bachelor or Master) disciplines Architecture / Building Informatics or an adequate degree or comparable qualification Very good knowledge of the holistic BIM-CAD-CAFM software system Good knowledge of corresponding programming languages (e.g. C#, DesignScript, Phyton) Good knowledge of parametric modeling, object-oriented programming, generative, AI-controlled design in the areas of planning and construction Knowledge of the programmatic analysis and evaluation of complex BIM models, control structures (model checker), data exchange (CDE) Integration, acquisition and intersection of GIS data handling of native platforms, ideally with Revit (LBIH Software), AutoCAD, Solar, Dynamo, Grasshopper / Rhinoceros 3D, etc., MS Office, Collaboration Tools, AVA-5D Tools Self-employed and reliable working methods and presentation skills Very good German knowledge in word and writing, good (specialized) English knowledge Class B driver's licence and the readiness to use long-term service (pool vehicle)
