You lead and co-ordinate the business partners' team and contribute to the finan­cial development of our business units, with a focus on personality and entrepreneurial activity. Strengthening cooperation: you are agreeing with internal stakeholders, promoting sector-wide cooperation and ensuring efficient implementation of strategic initiatives. : Creating sound analyses You are finan­cial decision­making foundations for future investment and business models. Leadership: You develop the business partner team in a targeted way and promote a performance-oriented, inno­vation-friendly culture. Ensuring control: you create and follow financial plans and budgets – and act as a reliable:r Sparringspartner:in the case of finan­cial issues in the operational business.

Included economic studies with a focus on finance / controlling - or a comparable training Training in the inter­national group environment, as well as experience in managing executives and projects Safe handling of complex financial and market data as well as sophisticated decision-making strength based on analytical and strategic capabilities Very good English (min. level GER C1), oral and written
