As a (Junior) Consultant ERP, you accompany companies on their way to the digital future – with smart solutions based on SAP or Microsoft. Whether it's finance, logistics or production, you'll be able to shape when complex processes become simple, efficient processes. Solutions that offer real added value: Together with your team, you develop custom ERP concepts based on Microsoft Dynamics or SAP S/4HANA. You advise our customers: holistic and at eye level, from the first idea to implementation in the system. Whether finance, controlling, purchasing, logistics, production or sales, you help define future-oriented end-to-end processes and harmonize processes. Not only do you design the technology, but also the organization of tomorrow. Understanding structures and design solutions: With your expertise, you accompany the introduction of modern ERP solutions and make complexes understandable. Whether test scenarios, data migration or process design and optimization: you think structured, solution-oriented and always in the team. Recognizing opportunities and leading projects to success: You are taking part in the project management of complex ERP transformations and keeps in mind partial projects. You recognize optimization potentials and contribute to the development of projects.

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, business informatics or economic engineering. First experience that makes the difference: Ideally, you already have first experiences with ERP systems like SAP (e.g. FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, SCM, MDG, PM). Knowledge of special modules such as DRC, Tax Compliance, CML, FPSL or PaPM is also a plus. Expertise that determines your direction: You have already gained first experience with SAP S/4 or Microsoft Dynamics in finance, controlling, logistics, production, sales and project management. Language skills: You can communicate safely in German (C1) and English (B2) and communicate complex topics in a comprehensible and targeted manner Flexibility, readiness and work-life balance: You like to actively engage in project teams, and it is easy for you to enter new circumstances – even if You are linked to travel activities.
