• In the role as an evaluation expert, the establishment and maintenance of financial models, including a group-wide overall model, as well as the creation of corporate assessments with different assessment procedures and based on different assessment occasions, are the focus of the activity

• Analysis of corporate financial key figures and performance including the creation of measures-oriented decision templates for the Management Board in the context of medium-term and long-term planning and in the context of the design of the corporate strategy

• Support for M&A projects (buy-side and sell-side) including the analysis of impacts on corporate financial indicators

• Support for the coordination and implementation of the IFRS Asset and Goodwill impairment test as well as the HFA10 assessment of investments

• Creation of special analyses and ad-hoc requests

• Good university degree in Business / Finance with deepening in corporate assessment, finance and/or accounting

• At least three years of professional experience in Finance, Advisory (for example Big Four) or M&A

• Knowledge of methods and processes of corporate assessment, M&A and financial modeling

• High level of self-organisation, commitment, self-motivation, energy, flexibility and ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging goals

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel)

• Flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing
