Task profile:

You are responsible for the timing and quality of the collection of performance documents and the collection of disposal services. You create project-related written correspondence and are telephone contact for our business customers. You implement new disposal projects personally or in the team. You support and contribute to the optimization of workflows and the design of digital processes. You form the interface for financial accounting in the field of Mahnwesen and for monthly and annual accounts. You are the first contact person in complaint processing and interface to complaint management.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You already have first professional experience in the field of audit/invoicing at best. An independent, customer-oriented as well as careful and reliable way of working distinguishes you. You have a good organizational capacity and set priorities right. You have good MS Office knowledge and bring first ERP experience (of advantage). Secure German skills complete your personality profile. You see changes as a chance and want to actively shape them.
