In addition to the topics of organisational investigations, consulting and strategic business process management, the central survey management is an integral part of the organization sector. As a responsible person for the survey activities within the German Pension Insurance Federation, we accompany and advise our contractors on surveys and together with them implement quantitative data surveys. As an integral part of the Personal People & Development department, it is our goal to contribute to the satisfaction of our employees and the development of our home with surveys.

As Senior Research Manager*in (m/w/d), you are responsible for building and developing a competence center for interviews. With your expertise in survey management as well as quantitative data collections, you are critically contributing to the fact that all survey processes of the DRV Bund are conducted in a targeted and scientifically sound manner. Your main tasks include: Development of the central survey management to a competence center for surveys as a central point of contact for well-founded survey activities and projects within the DRV Bund Establishment of the offer as a fixed and proactive (consultation) service of our area Development, securing and improving survey and quality standards Technical and methodological advice of contractors and stakeholders in all phases of the survey project Development and design of questionnaires using scientific criteria and methods Implementation and evaluation of surveys and presentation of results in meaningful reports

They have successfully completed higher education (Diplom/FH, Bachelor or equivalent degree) ideally in the fields of social sciences, (economic)psychology, economics (or courses with comparable contents) Proofable multiannual professional experience in data collection – or survey projects within a company or authority, in market and opinion research, scientific research or comparable Expertise in all phases of the survey process and the development and analysis of questionnaires and the application of quantitative survey methods Knowledge of statistics and experience in dealing with statistical evaluation programs (for example SPSS) Embossed customer and service orientation combined with analytical and communication strength as well as the ability to render complex facts understandable round your profile
