In this position, you are part of a dynamic support team and ensure technical support with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with the ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. In your function, you support your own ABB organization as well as external customers.

The working model for this position is: On site / Onsite

You are mainly responsible for:

Processing of technical requests, also on site (mainly level 3-4) Technical product and application support for sales and customers as required Solution, Planning and Supply Support for Projects Technical support for the market launch of new products, e.g. FAQ database, solution and application guides and functional descriptions Transfer of market information and customer experience to product management Cooperation with Project Management and R&D in Specification Development Contact for application know-how throughout the entire development process Usability tests (during the entire R&D process) Component usability System usability tests in real environments

Completed training in electrical engineering / master, technician for heating, ventilation and air conditioning Basic knowledge of KNX, BMS, Energy Management Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English, readiness to travel Industry experience in electrical building infrastructure, industrial automation, building automation
