Consultant for International Skilled Worker Recruitment (Lower Saxony)

Strategic construction of hubs: establishment and management of partnerships in the target regions (Morocco, India, Colombia) and negotiation of MoUs. Complex management consultancy & matching: advice from SMEs on recruitment strategies, matching processes and support for pilot projects on fair labour migration. Network and committee work: representation of the project in control groups, coordination with ministries (MW, MS, MK), BA/ZAV and international partners such as GIZ. Conception of integration measures: development of onboarding concepts, welcome culture strategies and professional design of training formats for staff. Project Management & Coordination: Take the content of pre- and post-processing of high-level appointments of the staff management as well as the coordination of delegable administrative processes within the framework of the project management. Event Management & Communication: Planning and moderation Events in coordination with the field of event management, workshops and network meetings (e.g. onboarding, slider work, intercultural competence). Supply technical input for public relations and campaigns of Lower Saxony.Next. Company Service & Network Management: You are the central contact partner for chambers, associations and companies. Design consulting services and coordinate cooperation with operational partners (e.g. ZAV, GIZ, Welcome Center) to reduce recruitment barriers. Management of international partnerships: You are responsible for the conceptual preparation and accompaniment of cooperation agreements (MoUs) with new partner regions in India and Colombia. Maintain existing relations with the TTA region (Morocco) and coordinate cooperation in the Joint Committee.

You have completed university studies (Bachelor) in economics, economics, economic engineering, economic psychology or in a related field. You have very good knowledge of English (should be French and/or Spanish). You are a team and communication personality and are used to work independently.
