Your future job: As a software developer (w/w/d) IT Testing Defence, you are working for our renowned customer from aerospace technology as well as radio and radar technology.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of automated software tests
• preparation, further development of test cases and test procedures; Building test environments
• Configuration and use of Linux systems for specific hardware and applications in the test area
• Configuration and administration of CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI) for the automation of software pipelines
• Tracking features and tasks about Jira
• Creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test environments

Your profile:

• Completed studies in computer science, engineering or a comparable degree/ comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge in design and implementation of object-oriented software (C, C++, especially Python3)
• Found experience in the automation of software tests at hardware level as well as testing and integration processes
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Understanding clean code principles and PEP8; Basic knowledge of security desirable
• Analytical, Structured Operation, Team-oriented, Agile Mindset
• Secure handling of Git and Jira
• Ideal experience with Docker
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
