In the field of consulting, Urban & Infrastructure Solutions, we develop innovative concepts for blue-green infrastructures and actively promote biodiversity in urban areas. The target group of our consulting services is both public and private. The task field is interdisciplinary and looks at the entire value chain of real estate and land development. Your activities at a glance: Complete consulting of our customers with a focus on blue-green and biodiversity-promoting landscape architecture Conception and planning of sustainable and biodiversity-promoting free space concepts, across all phases of performance Integration of rainwater management (e.g. decentralised measures, blue-green infrastructures/ sponge city measures) Conception of measures on Nature Based Solutions (NBS) and the promotion of local biodiversity in the settlement area Consultation of public and private contracting entities on questions relevant to the area Investigation of needs of different stakeholders/user analyses Working with municipal climate adaptation concepts Participation and implementation of participation formats and participation

Complete study of landscape architecture / landscape planning or comparable Including professional experience of at least 5 years, as far as possible in all phases of performance Chamber entry in an architectural chamber as a landscape architect Experience or interest in rainwater management, climate resilience, biodiversity, natural greening, desirable plant & vegetation knowledge Very good knowledge of industry-standard CAD software (e.g. Vectorworks) and optional GIS software Very good knowledge of German and very good communication skills Good to very good technical understanding as well as good creative and communicative skills Flexibility and readiness for occasional project-dependent travel Ideal knowledge of participation procedures and participation Ideally experience in biotope network planning
