Electronics technician technical customer service in 2nd level support (m|f|d)

As you say for energy: As an employee:in (m/w/d) in second-level support, you are the technical expert for our battery storage systems and the central interface when it comes to complex challenges. You take the deeper analysis and solution of disturbances that the First-Level Support could not fix directly. Your focus is on the independent troubleshooting, the implementation of diagnostics and the development of sustainable solutions. You work closely with our development team and contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of our products and services. Your goal is also to solve the most tricky cases and to inspire our customers with your expertise.

Your tasks in detail:

Analysis and solution of complex technical problems: You are an expert in demanding cases that are escalated from first-level support to you – both remotely and occasionally on site. Remote maintenance and diagnostics: You identify and correct errors on our battery storage systems remotely using diagnostic software and analysis tools. On-site operations as required: With particularly tricky problems, you actively support the troubleshooting directly at the plant and work closely with our Field Service Team to implement solutions. Technical customer support: You communicate professionally, understandably and solution-oriented with our technical contacts (e.g. installers, projectors, end customers with technical background). Documentation and Knowledge Management: You create and support technical documentation, service reports and actively contribute to the development and maintenance of our knowledge database. Interface function: You work closely with the product management, the development department and, if necessary, the external service to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

You already have this on the store: Training/experience: Complete technical training (e.g., electronics technician:in for energy and building technology, mechatronics:in) with further training (technics:in/master:in) or a study (Bachelor/Master) in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or comparable. Technical affinity: Basic technical understanding, ideally in the field of power electronics ( inverters, DC/DC converters), protection technology and measurement technology. IT knowledge: experience with ticket systems (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce) and CRM software. Communication strength/languages: Impressed customer and service orientation as well as very good communication skills in word and writing (German) as well as good English skills. Soft Skills: High problem-solving competence, structured and independent working, team capacity and loadability even in stressful situations. Driving licence class B, readiness to travel for occasional operations and willingness to call upon prior arrangement
