WEG professional wanted: personal responsibility, structure and real trust (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored WEG management: independent commercial and technical management of housing owners communities according to WEG, including holistic supervision of owners and administrative councils. Owner's meetings & decision-making: legal preparation, implementation and refurbishment of owner's meetings, drafting of resolutions and protocols, and consistent implementation and monitoring of the decisions taken. Commercial management & settlement: creation of economic plans, annual accounts and special reserves, ongoing budget control and transparent presentation of the Community's financial and liquidity situation. Maintenance and action management: planning, tendering, awarding and monitoring of maintenance and modernisation measures including cost control, time monitoring and quality assurance. Receivables and deadlines management: monitoring of house money payments, carrying out dunning and monitoring judicial steps in coordination with owners and advisory councils. Object visits & quality assurance: Regular object checks to ensure the proper condition as well as documentation and tracking of detected measures. Interface coordination: Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as control of external service providers and craftsmen.

Training & Certification: Complete training in real estate management (e.g. real estate businessman) or comparable commercial qualification. Certification as administrator according to § 26a WEG (certified administrator IHK or equivalent) is mandatory. Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in independent WEG administration, ideally with responsibility for a separate object portfolio. Competence: Funded knowledge of WEG law and the preparation of annual accounts and economic plans. Safe handling of resolutions and legal issues in everyday administration. Operation & Responsibility: Structured, independent and solution-oriented working with a strong organisational capacity and a high level of responsibility. Communication & Conflictability: Secure, sovereign appearance towards owners, advisory bodies and service providers as well as enforcement and diplomatic skills in challenging situations. IT & Software Knowledge: Secure handling of common home management software (e.g. DOMUS) and MS Office. Language competence: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
