Sales Trainer (m/f/d)

Conception and implementation of product training and sales training for bank and savings banks consultants – both on site and webinar Increasing consultant activity: You make active SOLIT response errors from passive consultants – measurable and sustainable. Development and continuous maintenance of training documents, presentations and digital learning material around SOLIT products and processes Close coordination of the content (most frequent questions of consultants) and target banks with support and our partner, the Bayerische Landesbank for the planning, coordination and further development of the joint training programme in the savings banks network. Support of the Bank-Sales team during the training of the other bank partners. Reduction of support requests by proactive knowledge transfer to SOLIT products and processes, as well as frequent practical issues. Building a systematic feedback management: evaluation of training results, feedback questionnaires by consultants and main contact partners of the trained bank/parkasses and deriving optimization measures. Interface function between Sparkassen-Berater, BayernLB-Betreuung and SOLIT-intern departments. Direct reporting line to Head of Bank Sales; close cooperation and coordination with Bayern-LB team. Representation of the SOLIT Group

Long-term professional experience as a savings bank consultant or a similar consulting role in the savings banks sector – you know the culture, processes and people Experience and knowledge of the SOLIT precious metal depot Tarif S, ideally from own mediation practice Genuine enthusiasm for precious metals – this belief is the core of your action as a coach Quick understanding and understanding of economic and monetary relations Embossed communication and presentation strength: You are inspiring in groups, in webinars and in individual talk Own initiative, structured functioning and ability to set up a training programme independently trainer training or comparable qualification for the implementation of sales training, coaching or workshops in the banking sector Secure handling of PowerPoint, webinar tools (e.g. teams, WebEx) and CRM systems. High readiness to travel (approximately 40-60% travel activity in the federal territory) Very good knowledge of German and English
