This is what awaits you:

• Preparation and coordination of study visas, diagnostics and laboratory according to study protocol
• Sample processing and shipping according to IATA guidelines
• Processing and documentation of the study-relevant data in CRFs as well as processing of Querys; possibly also drug accountability
• Preparation and monitoring of initiations, monitor visits, audits and government inspections
• Administration and archiving of all study documents and materials

Take this with you:

• A completed training as a medical documentation assistance or a comparable medical training with the continuing training as a Study Nurse, as far as possible with professional experience
• Experience in conducting clinical phase II, III and IV studies
• Good knowledge of ICH-GCP, AMG and MDR
• Handling English-language documents and study protocols as well as English correspondence
• An independent and structured way of working, reliability and organizational talent as well as communication skills and joy in working in the team
