You are the first contact person for a defined field of care in all personnel matters and labour law topics, advise managers, bind our works council and take care of the needs of employees You prepare personal topics and create analyses and evaluations as needed They accompany, administrate and support the complete cycle from entry to exit of our employees. This includes recruiting new employees, hiring and contract design, support in onboarding, personnel development and qualification measures, operational integration management and personnel releases. They actively participate in personnel projects, implement concepts and design the personnel work for your support area and accompany change processes

You have successfully completed your business studies with a focus on personnel, or you have a commercial training with an additional qualification for personnel specialist (m/w/d). They bring well-founded professional experience in these fields of activity, preferably in industry. You are a team player and appreciate the service-oriented cooperation with executives and employees Implementation strength, self-initiative and self-employment shape your working style You organize, administrate and keep your appointments reliable Your capacity for conflict and integration has already been successfully used They have good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good knowledge of a HR and time management system
