Team Leader Production (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of employees in the production sector Planning, coordination and ensuring timely production and filling of our special lubricants Control of personnel, material and plant use and organisation of daily workflows Active cooperation in production and ensuring trouble-free plant operation Preparation of plant parts for maintenance, coordination of required laboratory activities and close cooperation with adjacent departments Ensuring compliance with the 6S standards in the production sector as well as promoting order, cleanliness, work safety and standardized workflows Identification and implementation of measures for the continuous improvement of processes (CDP) Ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements in the areas of quality, work and plant safety, as well as health and environmental protection, including the implementation of training and instruction of employees

A completed training, preferably as a chemical agent (m/w/d), to the production specialist chemistry or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in chemical production First or multi-year leadership experience, ideal in the chemical industry Experience in handling process control systems, recipe controls and warehouse management systems Extensive sense of responsibility in the areas of quality, work and plant safety and health and environmental protection Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Teamability, Communication Strength and Enforcement Willingness to shift work Good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office and ideally with SAP and MMS
