Purpose: to support the originator:in Debt Capital Markets (OEs 4521/4522) in the structuring of capital market transactions, in particular in the preparation, negotiation and verification of contracts for capital market products focusing on debt certificates. Many: they are already managing capital market transactions, in particular debt certificates in the event of contractual adjustments. Communicative: A smooth process is important to you. They form the interface between Corporate Debt Origination, the Legal Department and the Back Office units. Supporting: Corporate Debt Origination will be represented by you internally and externally with public appearances. For example, at customer events, in bodies and associations. Innovative: Your duties include cooperation in projects of the area/group in all strategic directions of the house.

Qualified: You have a completed law degree (2nd state exams). Experiences: They bring a multiannual, relevant professional experience and have experiences in the creation and testing of financial contracts, enriched with deeper knowledge in economic law, in particular in capital market law.
