To strengthen our great team in Wermelskirchen we are looking for a Sous Chef (all genders).

They are the operational contact for employees and guests, organize the kitchen team with helpers and foreign service providers to ensure smooth communication and a high level of service You develop and create menu and buffet suggestions according to current trends and business requirements, as well as edit calculations and recipes in the goods management system Buffet preparation and preparation for daily meals and events as well as the support of the items are part of your task They provide day-to-day tasks such as controlling the performance of the kitchen team, the quality and quantity of food in all output areas as well as buffet and kitchen cleaning Determination of the required foods and the initiation of the order Control of the stock and regulations and inventory management are your responsibility You will take care of the query, disposition and creation of the deployment plan for permanent employees, helpers and foreign service providers for weekly planning and special events You are also responsible for the documentation and regular checks according to the HACCP requirements
