Shift Management Precision Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Professional leadership, support and involvement of employees within the shift Control and prioritization of production orders to ensure quality, productivity and delivery schedule Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process requirements and support for lean, 5S and CVP initiatives Support for complex measurement tasks and evaluation of measurement results and quality deviations Monitoring, approval and optimization of manufacturing processes in the micrometer range Analysis of causes of errors and introduction of sustainable correction and improvement measures

Training as an industrial mechanic, machining mechanic, tool mechanic, precision mechanics (m/w/d) or comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in precision manufacturing and mechanical fine machining Structured, responsible working and ideally first experience in the professional management or guidance of employees Secure reading of technical drawings as well as routined handling of measuring and testing equipment of precision measuring technology Embossed quality awareness, technical process understanding and experience in the analysis of quality and process deviations Knowledge of grinding, honing or eroding processes, as well as handling high-precision components and narrowest tolerances
