IT Service Continuity Manager:in

Development and implementation of an IT Service Continuity Strategy for the Hansestadt Lübeck Creation and maintenance of IT Service Continuity plans in close coordination with BCM and IT Identification of business-critical IT services and development of measures to ensure their availability Assessment of risks and potential threats to IT services, including breakdown statistics, cyberattacks and natural disasters close cooperation with IT to identify and resolve vulnerabilities Analysis of the impact of disruptions on IT services and the overall organisation regular execution of tests of IT Service Continuity plans, including disaster recovery exercises and failover scenarios Evaluation of test results and derivation of measures to improve resilience Documentation and reporting of test results to CISO

a completed academic degree (Master / Diplom Universität) in the field of computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics or a comparable degree course alternative equivalent skills and experience through professional activity (e.g. a completed university degree (Bachelor / Diplom FH) and many years of relevant professional experience) Further expected: multiannual professional experience in the field of IT service continuity management, ideally in IT projects in the public sector Experience in carrying out tests, emergency exercises and risk analyses ideally professional experience in public service or in larger authorities as well as basic knowledge in dealing with legal bases knowledge of IT infrastructure and network architecture, preferably due to professional experience Knowledge of the focus: E-Government, Digital Government, Public Management and ITIL good knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 22301, ISO 27001, BSI standards, in particular ISO 27031 and BSI standard 200-4 a structured and targeted way of working and a good understanding of IT and business processes a binding and convincing occurrence while at the same time strong communication and moderation capability strong risk and problem analysis skills a high degree of initiative high load capacity with fluctuating working volume with time pressure
