FitCAR-e GmbH is a Eurogarant body and paint shop and has two locations in Ennepetal and Wuppertal: As a specialist for accident repair and painting of all brands and manufacturers, we have received the quality seal of the ZKF.

To strengthen our HR team and as a central contact for our employees. You accompany the entire employee life cycle from setting to exit and ensure a smooth running in the background. Your tasks with us

Recruiting & Onboarding: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – from the appealing job advertisement to the viewing of the applications to the first to know. Then organize and accompany the entry and exit of employees. Staff support & administration: As the first point of contact for HR questions, you will set up contracts, certificates and carefully examine our personal files and work time records. Preparing Payroll: In cooperation with our external service provider, you provide wage and salary billing and ensure that all billing-relevant data are correct. Organisation & further development: You plan and organize further training, participate in training fairs and support other HR-relevant topics such as the coordination of occupational medical examinations. Other administrative tasks: The management of our fleet as well as the processing of work accidents and damage reports complete your diverse tasks.

A completed commercial training with multiannual experience in human resources or a study with a corresponding focus. Knowledge of personnel management or operational HR management. Joy in a structured, careful and independent way of working. You are an organizational talent, like working in the team and bringing a high level of responsibility and discretion. A safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word); Ideally, you have already gained experience with HR systems such as Personio. Knowledge of DIN ISO 9001:2015 is desirable, but no need.
