Complete study of social education, social work, medical or special education, rehabilitation education or a comparable study Disability-specific knowledge, e.g. through study focuses, additional qualifications or relevant training, are desirable First practical experience in work with vulnerable or socially disadvantaged young people Interest in professional rehabilitation and individual support for young people on their way to training and work Organizational and communication talent as well as joy in cooperation in a multi-professional team Own-responsible and structured working conditions combined with a good ability to coordinate professionally Secure handling of MS Office and common digital tools The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
