From order intake, advice and contact for all customer concerns, you are the friendly contact with our customers and represent our company. We are a second generation family farm in the heart of the Teutoburg forest. At the next time, we are looking for a full-time Account Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Processing and coordination of import orders from order intake to delivery Creation of necessary import documents (customs papers EMCS, delivery notes, invoices, etc.) Communication with international customers, customs, forwarding and other partners Monitoring of delivery dates and ensuring smooth logistics Administration custody storage Cooperation with other departments such as sales, production and logistics to optimise import processes

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant/wife for wholesale and foreign trade management, industrial merchant/wife or forwarding merchant/wife Finded knowledge of customs and external economic law – ideally practical experience in customs processing Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP Good English knowledge of word and writing Self-employed, reliable and structured work A strong team skills, communication skills and service orientation
