We do this through the responsibility and support of strategic organizational development and change processes and the advice of departments in these matters. The objective of the structural and cultural transformation combined with the overall strategy is the basis of our work. These include strategic projects, activities and fields of action, link them with each other in a meaningful manner and thus strengthen progressive transparency, efficiency and effectiveness.

You advise the Executive Board and departments in the strategic development and implementation of the overall strategy and advise the departments in the (further) development of the strategic objectives You ensure the full functionality of the organization portfolio as a strategic control instrument and are a central interface to the portfolio managers of the sub-portfolios You develop and implement a governance model for the portfolio structure and define the link between the portfolios and the planning processes of household and job planning and thus ensure efficient control You are responsible for a holistic monitoring and create decision templates and management documents as a basis for decision-making for bodies and the Management Board and present portfolio data in different decision-making contexts You lead complex organisational development processes, identify risks, resolve conflicts, highlight synergy potentials and define targets for a sustainable strategic orientation

You are a manager*in strategy and organizational portfolio with a clear view of structure, priorities and effectiveness. With your safe appearance and your ability to consolidate and prepare information to address, you create transparency and orientation in complex topics. As a communication-strong personality, you bring people together, moderate different perspectives and shape voting processes in a solution-oriented manner. Your entrepreneurial thinking, your team skills and your sense of conflict resolution make you a key player in the organization portfolio. In addition, bring the following: You have successfully completed scientific higher education (diploma, master or similar), for example in an economic, legal, social or similar degree You have up-to-date and multi-year professional experience in project or portfolio management or in organisational development ideally in larger administrations or organizations You have knowledge of project management methods and approach models A good understanding of organizational systems, control processes, resource and risk management, quality assurance methods and standardization of processes, as well as the practiced creation of status reports, roadmaps and decision templates is desirable Knowledge in project and change management or in the field of change communication as well as the practiced handling of common project management tools, in particular Jira and Confluence, are of advantage Experience gained in managing complex projects and dealing with change processes at management and management level is desirable
