Operations Professional (m/f/d)

Training management: You take on the role of the training manager, work actively on training management and help to structure and develop relevant training and training measures for our locations. Operating support: You cooperate closely with the operational managers of our national and international tanks and support them in complex operational issues. Improving Processes: You participate in the continuous optimization of our operational processes and ensure that regulatory requirements, customer interests and economic aspects are taken into account. Development of management systems: You are involved in the further development of our management system and in particular promote a process-oriented and risk-based approach. Projects and initiatives: You participate in company-wide projects and actions in the operational environment – both at regional and international level.

Education: A degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry or a comparable qualification Professional experience: Practice in an operating environment – ideally in the energy, infrastructure, logistics or process industry Regulatory understanding: knowledge in the field of training management, quality management (ISO 9001) as well as in the handling of regulatory requirements Operation: A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to operational issues Languages: Very good German and English in word and writing With these properties you fit well with us: Analytical thinking: You can quickly capture complex operational relationships and develop pragmatic solutions.
