Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d)

Own processing and monitoring of undue and titulated claims Communication with debtors: both inside and with lawyers, courts and other parties Examination and processing of incoming correspondence including Cost and Fee Accounts Agreement and follow-up of individual payment plans in the system Participation in extra-judicial debt settlements Application and situation-oriented adaptation of standardized processes in the predefined framework of competence

Completed training, e.g. as lawyers and notaries:r or a commercial training - ideally related to the debt collection industry - or a comparable qualification

First practical experience in receivable management, ideally also in areas such as forced execution, judicial dunning or insolvency proceedings

Good knowledge of German as well as a secure written expression

Safe handling of MS Office applications

High self-motivation, ready-to-use and strong team capability
