Your job Ensuring the completion of the localization orders for development projects and inventory products in a timely and quality-oriented manner, taking into account the process specifications and guidelines for ensuring delivery

Self-employed clarification of financial or financial matters Cost topics on offer management and settlement of localization orders

Ensuring the time transparency of the localization orders and escalation in event of conflicts of appointment in cooperation with the product team

Self-employed coordination of the creation, verification and release of country-specific product accompanying documents with internal specialist departments and external service providers

Proactive advancement of harmonisation and safeguarding processes in the field

Localization via the sites according to legal or normative requirements

Coordination with service providers, external partners and internal specialist departments on process deviations and development of optimizations

Creating/learning new colleagues and independent planning and implementation of training on tools and software applications for employees and partners

A completed study or vocational training in the field of technical communication/documentation, linguistics, translation management, IT or comparable professional experience

Joy in languages and professional handling of technical documentation

Knowledge of common software solutions in the fields of process management, SAP or SharePoint

knowledge of user-friendly preparation, knowledge transfer and guidance of the team on the above tools

Ability of parallel support and structuring and timely prioritization of various projects

Fun and communication and intercultural exchange

Good knowledge of English and German in word and writing
