Coordinator Telecommunications/ Broadband (m/f/d)

In this position, you are responsible with the team for implementing orders from broadband internet connections. You monitor our automated technical systems and actively intervene in the event of a malfunction. You take over the detection of disturbances in the environment of broadband Internet connections. In addition, you classify the disorder and coordinate its elimination. You work as part of standardized processes. With your tasks you contribute significantly to the Internet supply in the rural regions of Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

You have a specialist degree with IT or engineering training. You convince by organisational skills and a structured and careful way of working. You are characterized by a high customer orientation and you are entitled to manage each conflict of interest optimally for customers and businesses. You are a team player who takes on a lot of initiative at the same time. Your area of responsibility extends over the security-relevant area, so an extended security check is required.
