In your role, plan, evaluate and implement changes to our IT systems in the regulated pharmaceutical environment and ensure compliance with GMP/GxP requirements. In the Daily Business you ensure a stable, secure and highly available operation of the IT landscape – also through continuous monitoring of performance and IT security. At the same time, you develop our IT infrastructure, perform optimization work with a view to performance, security and scalability, and are responsible for the lifecycle management of the hardware and software, starting with selection and procurement. Individually plan and implement IT projects from conception to successful implementation, taking into account regulatory and operational requirements. You develop and standardize IT processes as well as technical documentation and thus provide the basis for controlled and scalable company growth. Last but not least, you analyze and troubleshoot technical support and control external IT service providers as well as technology partners.

Complete vocational training on/to IT system electronics, specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification in the IT environment Multiannual practice in the IT operation of an industrial company or an IT consulting company, especially of virtualization environments, backup solutions and server operating systems Experience gained in network technologies, in particular firewall systems, VLAN concepts and VPN solutions Insights into the cooperation/implementation of IT projects as well as into the pharmaceutical environment or a similarly regulated industrial environment (e.g. medical technology, life sciences) A service-oriented team player with analytical problem-solving competence and strong hands-on mentality in the operating IT everyday Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1/C2)
