Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

You enter a defined group of employees and are contact persons for executives and employees in all personal and labour law topics. You are responsible for the strategic advice and support of executives and management in all personal and organizational issues. In your area, you control the entire recruitment process in close cooperation with the departments – from the coordination of the request profile to the invitation to tender, to the selection of candidates and the management of the interviews. You work on various projects, including group-wide, in personal care. You ensure compliance with labour law and internal company regulations.

You have a successful degree in business management, economics with a focus on human resources management or a comparable training and training. You bring well-founded theoretical and practical expertise in personnel work and labour law. You are characterized by a service-oriented, self-responsible working and sovereign appearance. You bring a “hands-on mentality” with you and are a team player with a binding way of working. Ideally, you bring good knowledge in the BetrVG and a high IT affinity. You are a communicative, open person and have joy in dealing with people.
